Disrupting the history books.

Founders Park is a tech-forward mixed-use destination with ambitions to rival the West Coast as the next pioneering address for innovation. On Route 128 along Boston’s technology corridor, the 41-acre technology park incorporates ultra-modern offices, upscale residential living, boutique retail and manicured green spaces.

With 1,150,000 SF allocated to office space and 19,000 SF to retail, Founders Park is home to tenants including SharkNinja and TripAdvisor, whose headquarters together total almost 470,000 SF.

Our identity plays with the notion that those destined to write history will always be rewriting and overwriting what came before. Referencing the region’s storied past, it brings new and old together in incongruous, surprising ways to position Founders Park as a place where history is not seen as something to revere, but a springboard for an awe-inspiring future.

Rebellious paint splashes appended with forward-looking copy challenge audiences to make their mark on the world. Applied to print and digital marketing collateral, campus wayfinding and ambient signage, it dares go-getters to reject the status quo and pursue what might be in a place built for exactly that.

Thanks to increased media attention and improved brand perceptions, Founders Park has been able to motivate its target audience to take action, with recent developments including a regional digital media center from NBC Universal, to open in 2019.
